I didn't know there was a name for this kind of writing. (and,, yes, my fingers did pause a bit before typing 'writing' -- because I don't approve. but I haven't read any, and maybe some are great. And I didn't want to appear snarky.)
Of course I thought 'oh, clever', when I noticed my first one. but now there's a zillion of them. A quick check at Amazon came up with these titles:

I read the Pride Prejudice and Zombies. UGH, there is one with Abe Lincoln as a vampire hunter. I think I will pass.
